Still trying to fix my sleep

In my quest to fix my sleep (I wrote about it here), I’m going all out now. As a recap: my biggest issue is that while I am in bed for eight hours, I seem to wake up often. I also wake up earlier than my circadian rhythm would like to. I've recently learned that this is called "social jet lag".

So I’ve recently ordered decaffeinated coffee (I drink coffee for the taste, as caffeine barely impacts me, but sometimes I really want to drink one later in the day), functional mushroom blends (affiliate, I'm very intrigued by this, however), and a few supplements, mostly magnesium and melatonine.

I've paired this with all the other stuff I already do: mouth taping, no heavy meals in the evenings, wearing an eyemask, cold(ish) room, no alcohol, etc.

If this doesn’t knock me out, I’ll order a hammer next.
